Micro Coaxial

Lane Stephen

"The AE-9036SP, ASICO Royale III Injector, is a great alternative for surgeons who prefer to use a single-handed injection type insertion device, as it offers faster and smoother delivery as compared to a two-handed screw-type delivery system."

Stephen Lane, MD Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology
University of Minnesota
Department of Ophthalmology
Minneapolis, Minnesota

Serafano Donald

Crandall Alan

"This easy to use injector (AE-9036SP) offers the smooth implantation of a 6mm optic through the Monarch C or D cartridge with a single hand."

Alan Crandall, MD Senior Vice Chariman of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences
University of Utah
Salt Lake City, Utah

Haripriya Aravind

"With the micro coaxial cataract surgery done through a 2.2mm incision I was faced with problem of chamber instability and capsular bag collapse while using the standard I/A tip for cortex aspiration. With the micro I/A tip (AE7-3052) from ASICO, I find the chamber stability to be much better during cortical clean up, more so after wound assisted IOL implantation. The thinner shaft of the tip and oval configuration of the aspiration port combines the advantage of enhanced infusion and controlled aspiration with improved maneuverability."

Haripriya Aravind, MD Chief of Cataract & IOL Service
Aravind Eye Hospital
India

Katz James

"The mini I/A tips (AE7-3052) are great for avoiding any fluctuations in the AC and getting into the sub-incisional cortex. Plus, the curved I/A tip has a gentle curve that works as a an elbow for increased safety during cortex management."

James Katz, MD The Midwest Center for Sight
Des Plaines, Illinois

Ikeda Koichiro

"If you have difficulty controlling the stress on the zonules while performing the CCC, then you have to try these forceps (AE-4402). I guarantee that you will regret not using them before."

Koichiro Ikeda, MD Kikugawa Eye Clinic
Japan

Advancut

Ahn Charles

"The blade cuts like a diamond."

Charles Ahn, MD DuPage Medical Group
Downers Grove, Illinois

Koch Douglas

"These blades are incredibly sharp, provide just the right amount of tissue feel, and create a beautiful long tunnel with remarkable consistency."

Douglas Koch, MD> Professor of Ophthalmology
Baylor College of Medicine
Houston, Texas

Lubeck David

"The uniquely designed edge of this keratome is exquisitely sharp and produces exact and square incisions."

David Lubeck, MD Arbor Centers For EyeCare
Homewood, Illinois

Vitreo Retinal

Lubeck David

"One of the most crucial steps of transitioning to sutureless vitrectomy has been to have a good incision. To achieve this a good conjunctival fixation while placing the cannulas using a trocar is necessary and these pressure plates (AE-2925C, AE-2926C) are just fabulous for this purpose. The serrated under side surface gives a great hold of the eye and the margins are of perfect size to secure the flanges of the cannula while retracting the trocar. I think it makes the incision making process a piece of cake."

Manish Nagpal, MS, DO, FRCSM Retina Foundation
India

On AE-4907: “Retrieving subluxated implants from the vitreous cavity can be diffi cult. Current micrograsper forceps are not ideal for gripping the optic or the haptic. This specially designed atraumatic forceps has gently sand-blasted gripping surfaces that allow the surgeon to reach and hold onto the IOL optic or haptic as needed.” On AE-2210: “This suture retrieving hook is designed [to make the] tedious step [of suturing] simpler and safer.”

“ASICO’s Corcoestegui Forceps are very effective and safe when used as a forcep, pick, and spatula for retinal surgeries. They also off er more visibility then any other retinal forceps I have seen.”
Ronald A. Das, MD

“With the small markers I have seen, they either require the use of both hands or do not make lasting marks. The marker I designed with ASICO overcomes these difficulties and I have great success with this marker on my patients. The outer diameter is only 12.5mm, allowing the outer preoperative marks to be easily seen for consistent alignment and works well on smaller corneas.”
Satish S. Modi, MD
