"With the micro coaxial cataract surgery done through a 2.2mm incision I was faced with problem of chamber instability and capsular bag collapse while using the standard I/A tip for cortex aspiration. "One of the most crucial steps of transitioning to sutureless vitrectomy has been to have a good incision.
