Creates an opening of 1.4mm; Designed to make a third port in the Phaco sleeve to increase irrigation. Recommended position of the third port is at the bottom of the sleeve. This helps push the posterior capsule away from the tip and keep the anterior chamber deep. The port is created after the Phaco sleeve is placed over the Phaco handpiece.
