Return Policy

For U.S. Customer
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
After 15 days, we will charge a minimum 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

The following instruments cannot be returned unless there was a manufacturing defect or shipping error:

• Custom-made instruments

• Discontinued instruments

• Damaged, abused, or etched instruments

• Sterile/disposable instruments

• Diamond knives

• AE-7000 and AE7-0000 SERIES instruments

• Injectors

For International Customer
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns unless there was a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Before returning the instrument, we ask that you would do the following:

1. Call us (1-630-986-8032)or email us (info@asico.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

2. Sterilize the instrument if it has been used. Do not sterilize unopened/unused instruments.

3. Ship instrument in original ASICO case to the following address:

Repair Instruction
We offer repairs on all instruments, regardless of the brand name.
Call us today (1-630-986-8032) for more details.

Before sending us the instrument, we ask that you would do the following:
1. Sterilize the instrument.
2. Submit your Request for Repair Quotation
3. Ship instrument with printed email for our reference to the following address:
